Please read these terms carefully before using our websites, applications, or engaging our services.

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and DIVINE VENTURES GROUP LLC DBA THE SYSTEMS DOULA ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using any of our websites, applications, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Our Services include the following websites and applications:

Services

We provide a range of business services across multiple brands and service lines:

  • Business consulting, coaching, and operations systems for health and wellness practitioners, helping them build sustainable practices through structured systems for marketing, delivery, and operations (The Systems Doula, The Practicing CEO, CareFlow HQ)
  • Done-for-you website design and development for home service businesses, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, landscaping, and similar trades (Built to Book)
  • AI-powered marketing services including AI chatbots, professional copywriting, social media management, and digital advertising campaigns (Built to Book AI Growth Suite)
  • Done-for-you funnel and automation builds for coaches and course creators, including sales funnels, email sequences, course hosting setup, and CRM automation (Funnel Finish Line)
  • Digital products, courses, templates, and educational content related to business systems, marketing, and practice management

Specific service deliverables, timelines, and fees are outlined in individual agreements or proposals provided before engagement begins.

Use of the Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the Services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
  • Introduce malicious code, spam, or automated systems
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract content without our written permission
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services for anyone who violates these Terms.

Accounts

Some of our Services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property

All content on our Services — including text, graphics, logos, images, frameworks, templates, course materials, and methodology — is the property of DIVINE VENTURES GROUP LLC DBA THE SYSTEMS DOULA and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission. Purchasing a service or course grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own practice only.

Client Engagements

Consulting and coaching engagements are governed by individual service agreements. In the absence of a separate agreement, the following applies:

  • Results: We provide guidance, frameworks, and strategies. Results depend on your implementation and are not guaranteed.
  • Confidentiality: We treat all client information as confidential and expect the same for our proprietary methods and materials.
  • Cancellation: Cancellation terms are specified in your service agreement. Scheduled calls may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

AI-Powered Services

Some of our services involve the use of artificial intelligence technologies, including AI chatbots, AI-generated content, AI voice calls, and automated marketing systems. By engaging our AI-powered services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content (including website copy, emails, social media posts, and marketing materials) is created with AI assistance and reviewed by our team. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published on your behalf.
  • AI chatbots deployed on your website or social channels interact with your visitors and collect information on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring your own privacy policy and terms of service adequately disclose the use of AI chat on your properties.
  • AI voice and automated communications may be used for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and other service-related calls.
  • Data processed through AI systems is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated outputs and recommend human review of all AI-assisted deliverables.

Payments & Refunds

Payments for our products and services are processed through the following third-party payment processors:

By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. All fees are stated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement:

  • Digital products: All sales of digital products (courses, templates, downloads) are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
  • Website builds and one-time projects: Payment terms for website design, funnel builds, and other project-based services are specified in your individual service agreement or proposal. One-time project fees are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your agreement.
  • Monthly service plans: AI marketing services, chatbot subscriptions, and ongoing service plans are billed monthly. Monthly plans may be canceled at any time with no long-term contract or cancellation penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
  • Strategy calls and consultations: Fees for individual strategy calls or consultation sessions are due at the time of booking. Scheduled calls may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.
  • Consulting and coaching engagements: Refund terms for ongoing consulting and coaching engagements are specified in your individual service agreement.

Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to the following terms in addition to these general Terms of Service. Text messages are sent by DIVINE VENTURES GROUP LLC DBA THE SYSTEMS DOULA from 941-770-3416.

Consent & Opt-In

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on any of our forms, you consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) and phone calls from DIVINE VENTURES GROUP LLC DBA THE SYSTEMS DOULA, which may be automated or delivered using AI voice technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. You may opt in to marketing messages, non-marketing messages, or both, depending on the options presented.

Types of Messages

When you opt in, you may receive the following types of text messages:

  • Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
  • Onboarding updates and account alerts
  • Service delivery notifications
  • Marketing offers and promotional messages
  • Event and webinar reminders
  • Follow-up and customer care messages
  • Automated voice calls for appointment reminders and service updates

Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions and the programs you've opted into. You may receive up to 10 messages per month for marketing programs, and additional transactional messages (such as appointment reminders) as needed. Standard message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your carrier.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your request, and no further messages will be sent. Supported Carriers

Our text messaging services are supported by major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your mobile information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Third-Party Services

Our Services integrate with and rely on third-party platforms including HighLevel (GoHighLevel), Google Meet, Fullscript, Cloudflare, Stripe, PayPal, Square, and third-party AI service providers for content generation and automated communications. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party services.

Disclaimer

The information provided through our Services is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not professional medical, legal, financial, or tax advice. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no warranties or representations about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content.

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIVINE VENTURES GROUP LLC DBA THE SYSTEMS DOULA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DIVINE VENTURES GROUP LLC DBA THE SYSTEMS DOULA, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings. If litigation is necessary, it shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Manatee County, Florida.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
