Structure as medicine.
Not another marketing agency. Not another business coach. A practitioner-first approach to building the infrastructure your growing practice actually needs.
It starts with your medicine, not your marketing.
I'm LaTikia Mitchell, digital strategist and systems architect. I work with functional medicine and integrative health practitioners who built thriving practices on clinical skill, deep patient relationships, and care that gets real outcomes. Then they hit the wall where none of that scales.
The marketing lives in one place. Operations live in another. Protocols and patient follow-up run on memory. Every vendor you've hired built their piece and none of it connects. The practice keeps growing but the system underneath it was never actually built.
I bridge those gaps. Marketing, delivery, and operations built as one connected system around how your practice actually works. Not three separate projects from three separate vendors. One build that holds.
SEE HOW WE WORKA Little About Me
A doula holds space through transition.
A doula doesn't do the work for you. She holds the space so you can do it yourself. She sees the whole picture: what's coming, what's shifting, what needs support. And she stays until you're steady.
That's what I do for practices. Not the clinical work. The systems underneath it. The connected pieces that hold everything together so you can focus on the work you were trained to do.
My father died at 55. Grief cracked me open. A few months later, I was pregnant with my third child. Life and loss at the same time. I started asking harder questions about who I was showing up as: a mother, a woman, someone carrying stories I hadn't yet honored.
That pregnancy became a turning point. I trained as a doula, stepped into birthwork, and discovered what it means to hold someone through transition. Not as a career move. As a calling.
The world shut down. Hospitals closed their doors to doulas. If I couldn't support people in the room, I needed to support them through systems. So I learned marketing, funnels, automation. Not to escape the work, but to expand it.
I guide practitioners through the same kind of transition: from doing everything yourself to having systems that hold it for you. The title changed. The role never did.
A world where the women who hold everyone else are finally held.
Where exhaustion is no longer a badge of honor. Where your daughter inherits your freedom, not your fatigue. Where she grows up watching you live, not just survive.
Four values behind every build.
Care
I lead with the clinician, not the funnel. Every decision is filtered through the question: does this serve the care your patients came for?
Candor
If something isn't working, I'll say so directly. Your practice needs honest assessment, not reassurance.
Cyclical Wisdom
Sustainable growth follows the pace your practice can actually absorb. I build in phases so nothing gets rushed past what your team can run.
Creativity
Your practice isn't like anyone else's. Every system starts with understanding how you work and who you serve, not applying a template from the last client.
Three principles behind every build.
System Over Strategy
Strategy without infrastructure is just a plan that lives in a Google Doc. I build the thing, not just the idea of the thing.
Practitioner-First
Most agencies don't understand clinical workflow, patient journeys, or why a 60-minute intake matters. I do. Every decision is driven by how your practice actually delivers care.
Built With You, Not For You
I don't build and disappear. You walk away understanding what you have, owning it fully, and able to lead it without me.
Certified. Practiced. Proven.
Real certifications from the platforms and methodologies I use to build your systems.
I had a 12-week gut protocol that lived entirely in my head. Every patient got a slightly different version because I was rebuilding it every time. Now it's a structured program with automated check-ins between visits. The clinical outcomes are more consistent and I'm not reinventing it with every new patient.
