I'm LaTikia Mitchell, digital strategist and systems architect. I work with practitioners, educators and experts who built thriving businesses on real skill, deep relationships and work that changes people's lives. Then they decide to add something new, and the business behind them has to be ready for it.
The marketing lives in one place. Operations live in another. The steps and the follow-up run on memory. Every vendor did their piece, but nobody planned how it all runs once people sign up. The business keeps growing, but nothing underneath it was ever planned.

A doula doesn't do the work for you. She holds the space so you can do it yourself. She sees the whole picture: what's coming, what's shifting, what needs support. And she stays until you're steady.
That's what I do for businesses like yours. Not the work only you can do, but the plan and the systems underneath it, so what you said yes to holds together.
My father died at 55. Grief cracked me open. A few months later, I was pregnant with my third child. Life and loss at the same time. I started asking harder questions about who I was showing up as: a mother, a woman, someone carrying stories I hadn't yet honored.
That pregnancy became a turning point. I trained as a doula, stepped into birthwork, and discovered what it means to hold someone through transition. Not as a career move. As a calling.
The world shut down. Hospitals closed their doors to doulas. If I couldn't support people in the room, I needed to support them through systems. So I learned marketing, funnels, automation. Not to escape the work, but to expand it.
I guide practitioners, educators and experts through the same kind of transition: from doing everything yourself to having systems that hold it for you. The title changed. The role never did.
