Artificial Intelligence & Automated Systems
We use artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in several aspects of our services. This section explains how AI is used and how data collected through AI systems is handled.
AI Chat
Our websites and social media channels may feature an AI-powered chat assistant. When you interact with this chat feature, we collect the messages and questions you submit, any contact information you provide (name, email, phone number), booking preferences and service inquiries, and the date and time of chat interactions. Chat transcripts are stored in our CRM system and associated with your contact record. Our team may review chat transcripts to improve service quality and follow up on inquiries.
AI Voice Calls & Text Messages
When you consent to receive phone calls or text messages from us, some of these communications may be delivered using AI voice technology or automated messaging systems. AI voice calls use synthesized speech to deliver appointment reminders, follow-ups, and other service-related communications. Your consent to receive calls and messages that "may be automated or use an AI voice" covers these communications.
AI-Generated Content
We use AI tools to assist in creating content on behalf of our clients and for our own marketing, including website copy, email campaigns, social media posts, and blog articles. AI-generated content is reviewed by our team before publication.
Third-Party AI Service Providers
We use third-party AI service providers for content generation, chat functionality, and automated communications. Data shared with AI service providers is governed by our agreements with those providers and their respective privacy policies. We do not use your personal information to train third-party AI models.
Your Choices Regarding AI
- You may request to speak with a human team member instead of the AI chat assistant at any time
- You may opt out of AI voice calls by contacting us at support@thesystemsdoula.com
- You may request that your data not be processed through AI systems for content personalization by contacting us directly
Text Messaging & Mobile Information
When you opt in to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) and phone calls from us, including those that may be automated or delivered using AI voice technology, we collect your mobile phone number and consent preferences. We use this information solely to send you the messages and calls you've consented to, such as appointment reminders, service updates, or other communications you've opted into.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances. Mobile information may only be shared with subcontractors or service providers who assist in delivering messages on our behalf for customer service or support purposes, or as required by law.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. Reply HELP for support, or contact us at support@thesystemsdoula.com or 941-770-3416. Message and data rates may apply.
