For Practitioners Who Run Their Own Practice

You see the whole person.
I see the whole practice.

Marketing, delivery, and operations built as one connected system. So the infrastructure behind your practice can finally match the care inside it.

Free Practice Check-In

Your VA Quit. Now What?

  • Who handles intake now?
  • Are follow-ups still going out?
  • Can your team run without you?
  • Do patients know what's next?

Free Practice Check-In

Your VA Quit. Now What?

Most practitioners don't find out until it's already happening. A key person leaves, a launch falls flat, or you realize you haven't taken a real day off in two years. This takes 60 seconds.

Takes about 60 seconds

The Quiet Diagnosis

The care you deliver is excellent. The infrastructure underneath it isn't.

You chose this kind of medicine for a reason. Root-cause thinking. Whole-person care. Longer visits, deeper relationships, real outcomes. But the practice around it was never actually built as a system.

  • You have a team, but they're working around you, not inside a system. When something falls through, it still lands on your desk.
  • You've hired the website person, the funnel person, the VA. Each one built their piece and none of it connects.
  • Programs and protocols live in your head instead of in structured delivery systems your team can run.

If Nothing Changes

Growth without infrastructure compromises the care.

Patients fall through the gaps

Follow-ups get missed. New patient onboarding is inconsistent. The care that happens in your office is excellent. Everything around it depends on your memory.

Your team operates around you, not inside a system

You have people. But every clinical decision, every judgment call, every "what do we do with this patient" question still flows through you.

The care you trained to deliver gets compressed

More patients, more admin, more roles you never trained for. The 60-minute visits become 45. The protocols get shortcuts. The mission gets smaller.

The visible problem is rarely the actual problem.

You've Tried Fixing This Before

Here's why it didn't hold.

Everyone you've hired fixed one piece. Nobody connected your marketing, your operations, and your clinical delivery into one system. That's what I do.

The Marketing Agency

Built your website and funnels.

But they don't understand clinical workflow. Your patient journey breaks the moment someone books.

The Business Consultant

Organized your operations.

But they ignored how patients actually find you and enroll.

The VA or Contractor

Takes tasks off your plate.

But without a system, you're still the single point of knowledge for every decision.

The Systems Doula

Builds marketing, delivery, and operations as one system.

Built around how your practice actually delivers care. So your team can run it and you can lead it.

On the Other Side

A practice whose infrastructure matches the care inside it.

Patients find you and move through a clear enrollment journey

Your marketing connects to onboarding, scheduling, and intake. No one falls through between "I'm interested" and their first visit.

Follow-up, delivery, and retention run without you holding them

Protocols become structured programs. Check-ins happen automatically. Clinical outcomes improve because nothing gets missed.

Your team runs the operations. You do the clinical work.

The practice holds whether you're in it or not. You lead instead of running every piece yourself.

This Is For You If

You recognize yourself in any of this.

This is for established practices. Your patients get results, the team is growing, and the infrastructure hasn't kept up. You're past startup. You're not yet at scale. That middle is where we work.

Courses Group Programs Digital Products 1-on-1 + Beyond

Courses: You've built one (or want to) but the tech, the delivery, and the follow-through are all on your shoulders.

Group Programs: You're running groups manually. Enrollment, onboarding, communication, content. All held together by you.

Digital Products: You have something to sell but no system connecting your marketing to the actual purchase to the delivery.

1-on-1 + Beyond: You're maxed out on private clients and know you need to diversify, but don't know how to build the infrastructure for it.

How It Works

Three phases.One clear path.

First we make the plan. Then we build it together.

01

Step back and see what's falling apart

We look at your marketing, your operations, and your automation together. Not as separate problems. As one picture.

02

Create a plan that fits how you actually work

A clear map of what to fix first, what to build, and how your marketing, operations, and automation connect, whether you're running 1-on-1 services, group programs, courses, or all three.

03

Build it with you

I don't hand you a plan and walk away. We build it together so you understand every piece, own every piece, and can lead your practice like a CEO.

How This Started

I built the thing everyone said she needed. It made everything worse.

A functional medicine practitioner hired me to bring in more patients. I built the marketing, and it worked. Inquiries came in daily. But she couldn't follow up with any of them because she was the clinician, the admin, the follow-up system, and the person trying to launch a group detox program all at once. Her clinical work was excellent. The business behind it wasn't built to sustain it.

Her marketing brought people in, but there was no system to move them from inquiry to intake to enrolled. Her protocols lived in her head. Her patient follow-up ran on memory. Nothing talked to anything else. I see the same pattern in practice after practice: the clinical work outgrew the infrastructure underneath it.

That's why I do what I do. I build marketing, delivery, and operations as one connected system for health practitioners. Built around how your practice actually delivers care. Built with you, so you can lead it.

The story behind The Systems Doula →

I was losing patients between their initial consult and the first follow-up. Not because the care wasn't good. Because nobody was following up. There was no system for it, just me trying to remember. That gap closed within the first month of having a real system in place.

FAQ

Questions you're probably asking.

Who is this for?
Health and wellness practitioners running established practices. Functional medicine, integrative, naturopathic, nutrition, health coaching. Your patients get results, the team is growing, and the infrastructure underneath hasn't caught up. You're past startup. You're delivering real outcomes for patients. Now you need the business side to match.
How long does a full build take?
12 to 13 weeks for a complete practice infrastructure build. This includes strategy, offers, copy, design, automation, systems, and conversion — all built as one connected system.
How is this different from hiring a marketing agency?
Most agencies build your marketing and don't understand clinical workflow. Most consultants fix your operations and ignore your patient journey. Most of them build it for you and leave you dependent. We build it all as one system, alongside you, so you understand it, own it, and can lead it.
What if I already have a website?
The visible problem is rarely the actual problem. We start with a full audit of your practice. Your website might be fine. The issue might be onboarding, follow-up, or delivery infrastructure. We find where effort is actually leaking.
I've hired help before and it didn't last.
Most people you've hired fixed one piece. Your marketing person didn't touch your operations. Your VA didn't touch your marketing. I connect all three so nothing is disconnected.
I'm already stretched thin. How do I add this?
I work around your schedule. Short video walkthroughs you review on your own time. Most practitioners spend 2 to 3 hours a week on this.
My practice is different from everyone else's.
Good. Nothing I build is templated. Everything starts with understanding how you work and who you serve.
I'm not sure I'm ready for a big investment.
Start with a conversation. No obligation. Most practitioners say that call alone is the first time anyone looked at their whole practice.
What if I need to stop?
Everything I build, you own. No lock-ins. If you pause, your practice keeps running because it was built to work without either of us.
How is this different from hiring a virtual assistant?
An assistant takes tasks off your plate. I build the structure underneath it. Anyone you hire later can follow it without needing you to explain everything from scratch.
